INFORMATION

• Hire Charges: (includes use of kitchen/bar and all equipment) £10 per hour. There is a coin meter which takes £1 coins for the heating in the main hall.

• Permitted numbers: 110 standing (or theatre-style seating) or 80 seated at tables

• Keys may be collected from the key safe box on the low wall outside Lakeside Coach Garage, Edstaston. The code for the key safe will be given once your booking is confirmed.

• COIN/ELECTRICITY METER   Apart from two small wall heaters in the bar area of the hall, the main hall heating works on a coin-based system. The meter is just inside the kitchen and takes £1 coins. Please ensure all heaters are turned off via the pull-cords/switches after your event.

• Edstaston Village Hall does not have a rubbish collection – please bag up all rubbish including bottles, cans, etc after your event (there are black bags in the under-sink cupboard) and remove from the premises.

• Please ensure all lights and heaters are turned off when you leave - don’t forget the heaters in the ladies and disabled/accessible toilets if used.

• The fridge/freezer must be emptied, turned off and door left open.

• The entrance doors locked (with automation key turned to OFF) and gate padlocked.

• Please return keys to key safe at Lakeside Coach Garage.
